Achieve meaningful health and lifestyle change.

It is important to understand that nutritional therapy is about getting to the root cause of the problem. This can take time. It is not a quick in-and-out consultation, or a quick fix to reduce your symptoms; often the approach taken with traditional medicines. It is an investment and commitment to improving your health and day to day life. For this reason I usually work with clients for a minimum of 3 months to allow time to provide accurate personalised nutritional advice. However, I can also offer support to suit each individual, including a package consisting of an initial consultation with one follow up (contact me for more details).

The initial consultation lasts for 75 minutes and involves a detailed discussion about your current health concerns, symptoms, your medical history and family history. We will also cover your lifestyle, supplements or medication you are taking or have previously taken. In any follow up appointments we will track improvements in your health and any goals set. Once your consultation is booked I will ask you to fill out a seven day food diary, a health questionnaire which will be sent to you via email alongside the consultation details.

I regularly use testing in my clinic to get a more specific picture of what is going on within your body (see list of tests below). You may therefore have to wait for test results. The more information I can gather the more personalised nutritional interventions can be made, resulting in more effective results.

My plans are designed to help you reach peak health through an initial consultation into diet and lifestyle factors and then follow up appointments to work on and perfect advice that is suited to you. My main aim is not only to improve your health but to educate and give my clients the tools they need to live a healthier and happier life once they stop working with me. 6 Week Package (weekly sessions)

Ideal for those who are require support towards a specific short term goal or in need of weekly motivation and accountability. We will cover the essentials, and tailor your plan to you. A holiday, wedding, special occasion, or just a boost of confidence - I’ve got you covered.

  • 5 X 30 minute follow up consultations

  • Weekly nutrition plans and supplement recommendations

  • Weekly accountability

  • Weekly diet diary reviews

  • Unlimited practitioner access through our App

3 Month Package (monthly sessions)

Ideal for someone who has short term health goals or for those who have a little longer to travel on their path to wellness and require ongoing accountability and encouragement to achieve sustainable change. This plan is ideal for those who have more complex health concerns or a history of faddy diets.

  • 1 initial consultation lasting 60-75 minutes

  • 2 X 60 minute follow up consultations

  • Monthly nutrition plans and supplement recommendations

  • Monthly accountability

  • Unlimited practitioner access through our App

We know that clients that are ready to tackle big changes, have better outcomes when we are coaching them long term.

FUNCTIONAL TESTING

I use functional tests to gain a better understanding of what is going on in an individual's body's. The body is complex, testing is the most efficient way to pinpoint abnormalities, and allows the nutrition and lifestyle interventions to be tailored to the individual.
